Bankroll after week 7: £500 (£240 cashed out)
Very disappointed with my play on Friday. I ended up down $150 for the day, including -$100 trying to speed through the last 1k hands playing zoom. I don’t think I played well and don’t really want to get into too much detail! I was so steaming that I only had 5 hours sleep on Friday night, then woke up and played Minesweeper on tilt for 3 hours straight… On balance I thought it would be best if I took Saturday off.

Dedicate Friday from 2pm and Saturday all day to poker
Roughly 5k hands per day that I play
